Grade 5 Exhibition

Exhibitions is the culminating activity of the Primary Years Programme and must reflect all of the features of the IB program. It must:

• allow students to exhibit all attributes of the learner profile
• show understanding of all the key concepts
• integrate all of the transdisciplinary themes
• show use of all approaches to learning 
• promote student exploration of significant and relevant topics or issues
• provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate independence and responsibility for their own learning
• ask students to reflect on themselves as internationally minded students
• allow for teachers, parents and other members of the community to experience the essential element of the PYP
• encourage students to engage in action
